The Sole Source sponsored runners David and Mike Frazier have started an informal group of trail runners called "The Rocktown Ridge Runners!" They meet in front of the store and car pool to different destinations. Keep an eye on our website for information on runs or contact us to be added to their e-mail list for run notifications. It is a fun group of people - come and join them!! The latest (6/11)- RidgeRunners, We are changing it up a bit this week. the run tomorrow is going to be pushed back until Friday. We will be going out to the Hone Quarry area to do a challenging (but fun!) loop up past Lovers Leap to Oak Knob and back down by the dam. There is water to soak in afterwards. I think it is around 7 miles (but I've been wrong before) with a few good climbs and a really fun downhill back to the fire road. I hope to see you there! Dave
